Privacy
This sign-in service lets people use the internal apps on abstech.my.id with one account.
Only people an administrator invites can have an account.
What we store
- Your email address and name.
- A hash of your password, if you set one. The password itself is never stored.
- The public part of each passkey you register.
- If you continue with Google: your Google account ID, email address, and name. We don't receive your Google password, contacts, files, or anything else from your Google account.
- For each signed-in session: the IP address and browser it came from, so you can review and end sessions on your account page.
- An audit log of sign-ins and account changes, with IP addresses, kept for 1 year.
How we use it
Only to sign you in, to decide which apps you can use, and to keep accounts secure. We don't sell or share your data, show ads, or use it for anything else. It is stored on our own server and in its backups.
Your choices
You can change your name and password, remove passkeys, unlink Google, and end sessions on your account page. To have your account and its data deleted, ask the administrator who invited you.
